Our trained coaches work individually with Executive Directors or Board Chairs in a private and supportive environment to help them address the challenges they face in managing a nonprofit organization. The coach acts as an impartial sounding board to help the client think through problems, develop solutions, and make more informed decisions.

• Coaches are carefully matched with clients based on their needs, interests and personal styles.
• The client directs the content of the sessions, which may include discussions about their relationships with the Board and the Staff, strategic issues the organization is facing, general management issues and/or specific skill areas.
• All discussions are confidential.
• The coaching relationship consists of 13 one-on-one sessions over a period of six months, and can be renewed as needed.
