Guided Organizational Assessment

The guided organizational assessment (GOA) is a diagnostic service that begins with an online survey tool designed to help you evaluate the state of your nonprofit’s policies and practices relative to a set of nonprofit best practices. The GOA can help you to assess your organization’s current status and develop a prioritized plan to make improvements.

The organizational capacity model has six components generally recognized as necessary for high performance and effective leadership. These interdependent components all contribute to the health and performance of a nonprofit organization and are as follows:
