Board Self Assessment:

• Is a confidential survey of your Board members.
• Measures the Board's overall effectiveness, how well it operates and how it plans for the future.
• Highlights results which can suggest ways to improve your Board's success.
• May lead to a Board Retreat, Strategic Plan or a Board Development program.

Staff Self Assessment:

• May also be conducted to identify issues with staff relationships, roles and responsibilities.
