Founder’s Syndrome

Every non-profit begins with the passion and drive of it’s founder.  The ability to survive and thrive depends on how the agency builds for success.  The Founder’s Syndrome workshop will delve into the founder’s continuing impact – is it a strength, or a burden?  We will hear from five founders, how they started their agency; and how it became sustainable. The workshop outcome will be focused on best practices in dealing with – or without – Founder’s Syndrome.
