Musical Empowerment offers free, individual music lessons to create meaningful relationships between collegiate mentors and children in under-served communities. A shared love of music and learning builds a foundation of confidence, creativity and self-discipline.
Musical Empowerment board and staff members were seeking focus and clarity on priorities. ESC Consultants Bill Jones and Bill Wallace initially worked on board development and best practices and then facilitated the development of a strategic plan. Together, strategic objectives were identified and key supporting strategies were put in place.
