Your coach acts as an impartial sounding board to help you think through problems, to develop solutions and to make informed decisions. Your coach is carefully matched with you based on your needs, interest and personal style.
You direct the content of the sessions, which may include discussions about your relationship with your board and staff, strategic issues, general management issues and/or special skill areas.
All discussions are confidential.
The coaching relationship generally consists of 13 one-on-one sessions over a period of six months and can be renewed as needed.
